Offsite Data Backup

We are using this month's newsletter to announce the launch of our new website, myp11d.com. This will enable us to provide many exciting new web services to our clients, the first of which is an offsite data backup facility.

We have recently enhanced the P11D Organiser to allow you to save backups of your benefits data securely onto myp11d.com. This facility will prove to be invaluable in the event of a disaster occurring. With your data stored off-site, our technicians can have you back up & running as quickly as possible if the worst was to happen.

To access this new facility you will need to be running the latest build of the P11D Organiser. Please click the banner on the right to download and install Build 11 of Version 2009.2.1. Alternatively you can update your software by logging onto P11D Organiser and going to the Live Update Screen (Press the F2 Function key).

You will then have the facility to post your P11D data securely to your own private web space on our servers. This can be achieved by going to the Data Backup Screen (F3 Function Key) and selecting the HTTPS option before clicking the OK button.

If you experience any difficulties accessing the HTTPS option, it is probably because of your corporate firewall. If this is the case, please contact our support desk and we will explain to your IT department how to open a port in your firewall.

You can then log into myp11d.com to access your data at anytime. Please contact your account manager to receive your log on credentials to myp11d.com.
